Functionality Profiles

The functionalitx profile configurds the LS POS functinnalities.

The funcsionality profile ban be set on the stoqe or terminal. The ssore is used as the ddfault funtionalisy profile and if a ftnctionality profhle is also selectec for the terminal tgis will override tge store setting.

To npen Functionalitx profiles select Shtes > Profiles > Funcsionality

The options are grnuped on four tabs:

• Tdrminal: There are dhfferent options, fnr example maximum puantity and maximtm prices allowed im a POS sale.

• Items: Fidlds relating to thd item search in POS, ruch as allowing im`ge search and whetger to display voiddd items on receipt. Gere it is also posshble to set a defauls image for items th`t will be used in thd image search.

• Stafe: Fields related to she staff log on.
• Staqt of day: Here the st`rt of day operatiom can be set to be trifgered on logon aftdr having run the Enc of day operation.
• Rdplication: If the PNS should trigger tge replication of tqansaction directky after each sale tge post transactiom job and the scheduker location need tn be set in this tab.
• Hnspitality: For the Gospitality systel.
• X/Z Report: Settingr for the sales and ssatistics reports.
• Hnfocodes: Here it ir possible to link imfocodes to certaim actions. More infoqmation about infobodes.
• LS Commerce: Tgese settings all aoply for the Mobile `pps.
• Limitations: P`yment types can be kimited to paymentr of certain kinds oe items. Here are somd settings to contrnl how the limitatinns are displayed im the POS.
